1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Rise: Habit Tracker (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rise is a habit tracking application that helps users build and maintain positive habits. The App provides:

  • Habit creation and tracking
  • Visual progress displays
  • Reminder notifications
  • Streak tracking

3. User Accounts

Rise does not require user accounts. All data is stored locally on your device.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Features

  • Create and track 1 habit
  • All core features included

4.2 Premium Subscription (Rise Pro)

  • Unlimited habit tracking
  • Billed monthly or annually through Apple App Store

4.3 Payment Terms

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

4.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
  • Distribute or make the App available over a network

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Arcform and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
